How much does it cost to visit the event?
Entry to the VapingEXPO is totally free but to access the event you need to download the ticket by filling out the form you find by clicking on this link. If you have already participated in the previous edition, you will only have to enter your email and follow the instructions you will find on the highlighted link.

I am a minor, can I enter to visit the event?
No, VapingEXPO is an event reserved for those who have already turned 18.

I have been invited to the event by an exhibitor, what should I do to enter the fair?
You must have your entrance ticket which you can download directly from this site. If you are part of the staff of the company exhibiting, you can request your badge directly on this site.

I am an operator in the sector, when can I enter the fair?
You can visit the fair all three days, from 30 November to 2 December with the times described above. Monday is the dedicated day, so you will certainly find a way to talk more calmly with the exhibitors.

I haven't received my ticket, where can I find it?
Check your SPAM box. If the ticket has not arrived, we recommend that you recover your entry ticket from the "VISITOR" menu by clicking on the "Recover your ticket" button. by entering the email address used when registering, we will resend your entry ticket.

Are pets allowed at the event?
Of course, our animal friends can access VapingEXPO in their arms if they are small or with a muzzle if they are medium/large.

How do you get to VapingEXPO?
The Fair enjoys a strategic position. At 300 meters, there is the large Padua train station.

Which part of the fair do you enter from?
To access the event it is mandatory to have an entrance ticket. Access to the event can be the entrance to the Padua Fair in via Niccolò Tommaseo 59. This edition, the pavilion used is number 5, so it is possible to park behind the fair (via rismondo entrance L), thus remaining closer to the car parks and the pavilion.

You can buy liquids, hardware, etc. etc.?
VapingEXPO deals exclusively with the organization of the event, the sales policies (hardware, liquids etc. etc.) are the exclusive competence and responsibility of the individual exhibitors. For any further details you can contact the exhibiting companies directly.

What services are available at the fair?
The event includes the main services for visitors: First aid, bar/restaurant.
The ATM is located outside the fair about 100 meters away
